About Alex Miller
On Stage Colorado is run by me, Alex Miller. I’m a resident of Highlands Ranch and my day job is as editorial director for a global satellite company. I’m the former editor of the Summit Daily News in Frisco, the Vail Daily, and a variety of other publications. I’ve also been involved in theatre for many years in a variety of capacities: actor, director, playwright, theatre board member and co-artistic director. As a journalist, I’ve written scores of theatre reviews over the years and have attended shows all around the state. I also served for several years as a roaming judge for the annual Henry Awards — I see a lot of theatre! My aim is to make OnStage Colorado a great resource for all of our wonderful theaters in Colorado, helping get the word out to audiences about all of the fantastic shows being mounted.OnStage Colorado is also growing its reviewer base as we try to get to as many shows as possible. Thanks to all those volunteer reviewers as well as Lane Ware for helping out with our statewide calendar and Toni Tresca for all kinds of other stuff!See you at the theater!OnStage Colorado is looking for volunteer reviewers with writing and/or theatre experience — particularly outside the metro area. Let us know if you’re interested!

Vintage Theatre was founded by Craig Bond, Debbie Laureta, Chris Goranson, Lindsay Sanders Goranson and David Trimble in August 2002, over martinis. This evening spent with friends launched our mission to bring the best quality theatre to the Front Range! We entered our space on 17th Avenue in 2008 and remained there for four years as we grew our company artistically. In March 2012, we relocated to our new location at 1468 Dayton Street, joining the Aurora Arts Cultural District. We staged two shows the first year—nine in 2012—and now have three performance spaces under one roof with the Jeffrey Nickelson Auditorium (145 seats), the Bond Trimble Theatre (67 Seats) and the Berg-Young Cabaret Stage (60 seats). All areas are completely sound proofed, air conditioned, provide a full bar service and of course, free parking!Vintage has performances most Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons, and has received several Henry Award nominations, Post Ovation Awards, Flombies and Marlowe Awards in the last decade.
